Tiffany Williams has a passion for excellence. She started running track at age 12 for Coach Jesse Holt at Miami Northwest Express Track Club where she became a National Junior Olympic Champion and Record Holder.

At Miami Northwestern Senior High, Tiffany was coached by Carmen Jackson. There she won several State Championship titles and became a National High School All-American. Tiffany is the current 300 meter hurdle State Record holder. She also received recognition from the Miami Herald as The Dade-County Female  Track and Field Athlete of the Year as well as the overall Athlete of the Year.

After graduating high school, Tiffany received a scholarship to attend the University of South Carolina where she excelled in academics as well as in athletics. While at USC, and coached by Curtis Frye Tiffany was a 15 time All-American and a National Champion. She was also the SEC Champion in the 400 hurdles all 3 years of her collegiate athletic career at USC.

In 2006, as a professional Elite track and field athlete 
representing the Unites States of America,  Tiffany finished the year ranked by the IAAF and Track and Field News as the #2 400 meter hurdler in the world. Tiffany was also a member of The United States World  Indoor Championship team where she and her teammates won a silver medal in the 4x400 meter relay.

Tiffany is the 2007 and 2008  USA Champion in the 400 meter hurdles. Tiffany also won the 2007 Visa Championship award for the best performance at the USA Championships. She represented the United States of America at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka, Japan as well as the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing,China. Tiffany was the 2007 World Leader in the 400 meter hurdles (53.28).

In 2008, she ran the second fastest time in the world (53.54) and was ranked 5th in the World by Track and Field News.

In 2009, while  representing Team USA, Tiffany placed 5th (53.83) at the World Championships in Berlin, Germany. She became the only female 400 meter hurdler to make every major Track and Field Championship final including the Olympics and World Championships since 2007. Tiffany trains in Orlando, Florida
and is coached by Brooks Johnson.

Tiffany has a heart for community. She speaks to students in High Schools, Colleges, Universities, as well as other youth and young adult groups on goals setting and what it takes to become successful. Her passion for youth really shines when she gives motivational presentations that inspires youth and young adults to succeed!

Tiffany is the wife of Steven Williams and they have a beautiful 6 year old daughter named Samya Williams
